His Eminence Metropolitan Joseph oversees the Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Diocese of the USA, Canada, and Australia. Under his spiritual guidance, our cathedral continues its mission of preserving the Bulgarian Orthodox faith and Macedono-Bulgarian cultural heritage in North America.
Divine Liturgy — Father Valeri Choumarov
Seeking a Bulgarian Orthodox Priest
The Divine Liturgy is served every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. by Father Valeri Choumarov. Since the departure of Father Ioan Ivanov in 2026, the parish has been without a permanent priest, and we are seeking a Bulgarian Orthodox priest in canonical standing with the Bulgarian Orthodox Church who would be willing to serve our community in Toronto.
