Rates and Terms
These are the current rates. The office will send you an exact quote for your date and event.
- Hall rental: $200.00 per hour, counted from the start of setup to the end of cleanup
- Custodian: $20.00 per hour (mandatory, for the same hours)
- Liability insurance (mandatory): $52.00 for up to 100 guests, $104.00 for 101–250 guests; events with alcohol by quote. You may instead provide your own certificate of liability insurance naming the Cathedral as an additional insured.
- Optional: kitchen $350.00 per event · sound system $250.00 per event · table linens and chair covers $10.00 each
- HST 13% applies to all fees
- Refundable security deposit, paid when the agreement is signed
- Payment: deposit on signing · 50% of the fees 30 days before the event · the balance 7 days before the event
- Maximum 250 guests (Ontario Fire Code)
- Alcohol: a Special Occasion Permit from the AGCO is required, and alcohol is purchased from the LCBO
